Knowing the class:
Now that you’ve gotten to know the individual students that make up your class, it’s important to understand your class as a whole. A class profile “provides a snapshot of the strengths and needs, interests, and readiness of the students in the class” [1].
The class profile is both a tool to visualize all your student’s needs at a glance, as well as, a place to track student progress and achievement.
Your school board or school may provide their own template for a class profile. Other educators have made their own.
