About the Video
This video provides a clear introduction to ADHD, including how ADHD can show up differently from person to person. It explains the three main ADHD presentations and explores experiences that some people with ADHD may describe, such as hyperfocus, creativity, high energy, flexibility and action, empathy, and big-picture thinking.
Rather than presenting these experiences as fixed strengths or challenges, the video emphasizes that context, environment, and support matter. The goal is to support a balanced understanding of ADHD and help viewers move beyond labels to better understand how ADHD may be experienced in different situations.
