In February 2022, the Ontario Human Rights Commission released its Right to Read Report. Recommendations from the report include fundamental changes to the way reading is taught in Ontario schools.
LD@school met with the Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board to learn how their work on improving early literacy aligns with the recommendations.
