Today, Tory Woollcott is a successful author and artist, but it has been a long road to reach her goals. Tory was diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia as a child. Instead of being discouraged by her diagnosis, Tory thrived, largely because of the support she received along the way from caring educators. Watch the following video and discover the simple moments of support that made all the difference.

Tory’s first graphic novel, Mirror Mind, was an autobiographical memoir about growing up with dyslexia. She has since written and drawn other autobiographical comics, fairy tales for kids, and a sci-fi audio drama.
